Very nice

Used as an alternative on scones with some clotted cream. Just enough citrus to lighten them up

Lovely flavour

I don't know what "Key Lime" is, but the curd tastes lovely. I shouldn't really eat it because I am pre-diabetic, but I like it, spread on bread for a delicious sandwich.
